There is a Management Suite located beside Specsavers. The office is open from 9.00am until 5.30pm. Out of office hours, please use the yellow telephone on the wall outside of the office doors, our 24 hour on-site team will be pleased to help you.

We strive for excellence in terms of accessibility and customer satisfaction. Our retail park has fantastic access facilities and even accommodates Guide Dog training on a weekly basis.

There are 157 parking spaces reserved especially for disabled shoppers in both the car parks. Please ensure you have a valid disabled badge on display when parking in one of our disabled spaces. Anyone using these bays without a valid badge will receive a penalty notice.

Unfortunately we do not offer a shopmobility service. However if you have any requirements or needs please call us in advance and we will try our very best to accommodate you.

There are many public toilet facilities situated around the park within retail stores. Hollywood Bowl, Asda and Boots all provide facilities for our shoppers. All of the restaurants and coffee shops have toilets available also.

These can be found outside Asda and Boots and also within Hollywood Bowl, M&S, Poundland and Wilkos.

There is a Post Box located within Asda in the Foyer.

There is a photobooth located within Asda on the right hand side by the till points.

Middlebrook Retail and Leisure Park offers free parking for 3,000 vehicles with allocated disabled and parent and child bays. Restrictions From Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm parking is limited to a maximum of 6 hours. At weekends and at other times parking is not restricted.

Disability Parking

Disabled bays are located on the end of most rows of parking bays. Middlebrook will fine drivers who take spaces reserved for disabled shoppers. If you park in a disabled bay without displaying a valid blue badge you will receive a penalty notice charge of £85, if paid within 2 weeks it will reduce to £50.

Parent and Child

We have 23 parent and child bays available and these are located outside Asda and Boots.


Motorbikes are welcome in the car park there is also a designated parking area outside JD Sports, motorbikes should be parked in a parking bay and not on the walkways, any found to be will be ticketed.


Bicycles are not permitted to be ridden within the retail park. However, bike racks are easily accessible and are located by Asda and outside JD Sports.

Electric Car Charging

Middlebrook have three electrical vehicle points, two fast chargers and one rapid charger. The Rapid charger can provide a full charge in 30 minutes. They are located beneath the car deck near to the Asda filling station and can be found by following the blue directional signage.


Enforcement will be carred out by UKPC, a private company working in accordance to our management.
